Duration: 1-2 hours
We match bodies from somewhat similar height and weight to balance out and deepen the stretches in this yoga practice. Trust is our main challenge and connectivity the outcome. We start with a hug to this friend or stranger that will carry us, a gaze in their eyes and a little dance.
I taught this workshop succesfully in the camping Common Grounds Summer ’21 where it was most visitors favorite.
