Duration: 1-3 hours
We move in a flow with constant guidance of the breath, to get the juices moving through the body. I work with pranayama, breathwork techniques, in the opening and closing of the class. Sweating and moments of high intensity movements, shaking and power exercises help for creating ultimate calmth in the end where we take our time to integrate a practice by resting and more yin energy, to feel energised and ready for a new day full of life force and enthusiasm.
Optional Naked Yoga
Especially outside, on a sunny festival morning, there is no better way to start the day than with a naked yoga session. I invite everyone to join me to their own degree in taking layers of after an opening meditation. Naked yoga stimulates self love and connection with nature. Being naked out of any sexual context is really healthy and freeing.
